While I, personally, would like to see Huggins go. I also understand that maintaining the level of <s>one and done in the dance</s> success would be difficult.

Bear in mind that UC is currently tied for 3rd on the longest consecutive NCAA appearance list (behind only Kansas and Arizona, and of course, tied with that little ol' team from Lexington). This coming from a program that, before Huggs, had last appeared in the NCAA in 1977. So you can't say he hasn't been successful, unless you measure 'success' solely by titles. And since Huggs has been at UC, the likes of Kansas, Indiana, Wake Forest, and Illinois haven't won titles, either; and the likes of North Carolina, Maryland, Arizona, Michigan State, and UCLA have won once.

It may be moot if he heads to Knoxville anyway...
